Head Coach Marcy Crabtree is entering her 21st year as a head volleyball coach and her 8th year leading Plano East. She is a native of Waxahachie where she was an all state volleyball selection.  She went on to play volleyball for the University of Oklahoma where she was selected as an All Big Eight player.  In 1982 she was selected to play in the Olympic Sports Festival.

Asst Coach Rachel Kelley grew up in Wichita Falls, Texas where she attended W.F. Rider High School.  She played collegiate level softball for 2 years before graduating from Midwestern State University in 2002 with a degree in Kinesiology  She is starting her 5th year coaching and teaching in Plano ISD.  She also teaches Biology and coaches softball at Plano East.
